Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive maintenance, machine conditioning monitoring and control skills
• Carry out daily, weekly and monthly scheduled maintenance.
• Ensure the production equipment is available for full production
• Electric and electronic troubleshooting
• Knowledge in Photoelectric sensors, Proximity sensors.
• Knowledge in PLC Programming (Keyence, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Deltaxe2x80xa6)
• Knowledge in machine panel wiring, relay logic
• AC Servo Motor and Drive troubleshooting
• Hands on experience automatic assembly line maintenance
• Handling Diploma level Subjects Electrical & Electronics domain and maintain pass percentage above 80%
• Maintenance Students discipline and Academic performance
• Admission - Visit Government Schools and increase the JETC admission
• Counselling the students and improve their behaviors
• Coordinating for Students Sports

Skills:

• Systematic approach of problem solving.
• Good working knowledge in deep down Root causes analysis using Why - Why Technique.
• Knowledge in Servo Drive and Servo Motor, Stepper Motors.
• Sound Knowledge on PLC programming such as Siemens, Keyence, Omron.
• Sound knowledge and systematic approach of Machine
• Knowledge of Power Electronics equipment - Maintenance and Service
• Knowledge in troubleshooting of Electronics Circuits.
