Key Deliverables


? Proposal: E&I Cost estimates, Technical bid submittals for E&I


? Project Management: Clearance for PO placement, Manufacturing progress status, Reports


? Construction Management: Invoice verification/ approval.

External to organization: Vendors, Customer, On-site Responsibilities

Prime Responsibilities


o Lead E&I team in proposal & estimation, project management, Construction management task force pertaining to E&I


o Finalise costing strategy, review & finalise proposal deliverables, engineering management, develop & implement optimisation strategies, review & finalise package scope definitions, review & finalise construction requisition, Techno-commercial review of offers & cost estimation, Close out of proposal


o Prepare E, P, C schedule for E&I part, Engineering management, Devise procurement plan, monitoring & expediting engineering, procurement coordination & resolution of technical matters, Ensuring on time delivery, progress reporting,


o Participate in inspections, construction progress monitoring & expediting/ recovery plans


o Co-ordinate testing & charging/ power up activities, material reconciliation & invoicing, managing OEM support, Provide commissioning support, ensure close out of E&I with Owner, suppliers.

o Technical support to other projects o Additional responsibility of proposals


Key competencies - Functional


Need to have ? Experience in E, P, C environment in process plants


? Experience in handling DCS PLC, Analyzers and Control room Works ? Familiarity with HV/LV substation equipment design engineering, procurement, Testing & erection methodologies


Nice to have ? Familiarity with various codes and standards for Electrical/ Instrument items in hazardous areas


? Should know Vendors for supply of Various E&I items and their costs.
