Electrical HOD:

As the Electrical HOD, you will be responsible for leading the electrical department, ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of all electrical systems within the facility. The role demands proactive planning, excellent problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualification Required:

• BE/B Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 16 to 20Years of experience in Alumina Refinery/Cement Industry/Metal & Ore Mining
• Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven success working in an industrial setup.
• Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the electrical maintenance team.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of electrical systems.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems.
• Provide training and support to maintenance staff.
• Manage budgets and resources for maintenance projects.

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
