Candidate should have experience/ knowledgein, Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning batching plant, Gantry Crane, Tower Crane, EOT, Compressor maintenance and other electrical systems. Install electrical apparatus, fixtures for all equipment. Troubleshooting of all electrical critical assets like tower cranes, batching plants, Ice plants, chiller plant, Gantry cranes, EOT cranes and other minor electrical equipment like power hand tool, needle vibrator, dewatering pumps. Expert in repair and maintenance of all type of TIG, MIG and ARC welding machines. Well expert in 11KVA, HT and LT maintenance work. Instillation of power transformer, power supply in APFC Panel, SDB, PDB, Excellent in all types of HT and LT cable termination, and all types of cable joints. Executed Height mast installation and maintenance work throughout infra-area. Install safety and distribution components e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels. ELCB, RCCB etc. Prevent breakdown of Batching plants, tower cranes control wiring, panel wiring by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc. Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units. Proven experience as a batching plant, tower cranes, power generator up to 750 kva service and maintenance. Experience in maintenance and overall servicing of all electrically operated assets. Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines, LOTO procedure in NPCIL power supply with zero hazard. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability. in house repair of drive of tower crane, RCV card and control card to save huge cost. Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
