IPMS, a renowned producer of Silica Ramming Mass and Premix Ramming Mass, is eagerly seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to join our thriving team. As an Electrical Foreman at PMS, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the electrical systems of our stone crushing, Quartz granules, and Silica Ramming Mass/Premix Ramming Mass automatic plant machinery. Your expertise in electrical maintenance will be key to ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our equipment, including gearboxes, conveyor belts, hoppers, and screens, thereby contributing to the success of our production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee and conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all electrical systems and machinery related to stone crushing, quartz grinding, and ramming mass production.
• Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Equipment Monitoring: Regularly inspect electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance, minimizing downtime and preventing breakdowns.
• Installation & Upgrades: Manage the installation and upgrading of electrical systems and components within the plant, ensuring all work complies with safety standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all electrical work adheres to industry regulations and standards.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and any issues addressed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the mineral grinding, stone crushing, or cement industry and manufacturing plant or factory.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery such as gearboxes, conveyor belts, hoppers, and screens.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading a team, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
