Designation - Electrical Estimator Location - Baner Experience - 5 yrs Job Responsibilities

Preparation of complete labor and material estimates for large commercial electrical projects; Prepare bills of material and other information for use by purchasing
Strong Verbal, Written and Computer Skills; MS Word, Excel.
Depth of knowledge with a wide variety electrical materials and methods of installation; Knowledge of the N.E.C. and local codes; Able to do basic circuitry for power and lighting and layout on drawings; Understands fire alarm system wiring methods and layout on drawings.
Understand and accurately interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications, contracts/general conditions) at all levels of design as they relate to the electrical work.
Prepare and coordinate full cost estimates for design-building and bid-spec work
Review proposal specifics and drawings to determine the scope of work and required estimate contents.
Ensure that quotes prepared are of high accuracy and reliability
Provide details that allow estimates .
experience using cost estimating software with a strong preference for Sage Timberline.
Four years estimating experience Advanced planning, analytical and computer skills
Experience in the commercial construction industry.
Demonstrated advanced understanding of Electrical Estimating core processes requiring minimal direction and supervision.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, procedures and standards
Experience estimating manufacturing facilities is required.
