Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems and equipment for various projects.
• Conduct detailed electrical system analysis, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical issues in equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, civil, and project management teams.
• Ensure that electrical designs comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and technicians in daily operations.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and specifications for electrical systems.
• Manage electrical installations, modifications, and upgrades on-site.
• Monitor and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in electrical engineering.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and equipment.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
• In-depth understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and oversee electrical installations and maintenance activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Able to handle Furnace, Electric equipment, DG Set.
• Familiarity with project management and site supervision.
• Experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems.
• Certification in electrical safety standards or related fields.
