Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Naraiuran Controls (I) Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical control systems and components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Development:

- Develop electrical systems and components to meet project requirements.

- Create technical specifications, schematics, and diagrams.

- Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations of systems and components.

- Project Management:

- Manage projects from conception through to completion.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.

- Testing and Maintenance:

- Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure system functionality.

- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and components.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements.

- Identify areas for improvement in existing electrical systems and processes.

- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance system performance.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

- Skills:

- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN).

- Strong understanding of electrical systems, control systems, and components.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license.

- Experience with PLC programming and automation systems.

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
