Electrical Engineer ( Real Estate/ Construction)
Job Description
• Experience in electrical schematics, documentation, and electrical calculations.
• Experience in providing specification, evaluating, and supervising procurement of equipment and materials
• Conduct site visits for thorough inspections and quality control checks at various stages of construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and coordination of quality control activities.
• Proficient in interpreting working drawings and instructing sub-contractors accordingly.
• Checking incoming material quality & quantity verification.
• Working proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD. Ability to prepare BOQs.
