JOB DESCRIPTIONRole & Responsibilities:
1. Inspection & certifying of all incoming engineering material based on purchase
specification.
2. Ensure of all preventive maintenance done as per schedule & check list.
3. Effective utilization of contract labor.
4. Ensure the subordinates are fulfilling the safety procedure.
5. Ensure no wastage of all engineering items.
6. Participate for appraisal of electrical technician.
7. Ensure completion of any breakdown in minimum time.
8. Preparation of all IMS & EMS related document record.
9. Take reasonable care for the safety of his/her own health and safety and that of other people who may be affected by their conduct in the workplace.
10. Assist Manager- Electrical in conducting regular inspections to identify risks/aspects, implement corrective action and arrange monitoring where required.
11. Ensure that any hazardous conditions, near misses and injuries are reported immediately to the superior.
12. Implements EMS & EMP requirements relevant to the work area.
13. Provides assistance during audits & inspection.
14. Achieving environmental objectives, completing EMPxe2x80x99s.
15. Take part in continual improvement of QMS,EMS & OHSAS comply with defined procedures.
16. Under direction of Site main Controller undertake duties as required by agreed emergency procedures.
17. Ensure that all critical measuring & monitoring equipments are calibrated as per standard procedure.
18. Participate in review Department Objectives, Context, Issues, Risk and opportunities Needs & expectations of Top Management, Customer (Internal and External), Vendor & Staff.
