Want to join the ride?Main responsibilities:

• Plan and follow-up progress of electrical works at site.
• Proactively manage the scope of work, material flow and secure needed resources.
• Manage and guide subcontractors.
• Plan and coordinate Last Planner System (LPS) activities with the subcontractors and monitor the progress accordingly.
• Facilitate Root Cause Analyses and solve constraints of electrical works.
• Follow and give input to the project time schedule.
• Maintain good customer relations at site.
• Highlight the economical constructing and cost saving working procedures.
• Manage and maintain good reporting practices.
• To ensure that electrical as-built drawings are completed and communicated.
• To safeguard the compliance with HSSE policies and minimize risks in electrical installation and commissioning.

Construction, Installation responsibilities:

• Coordinate construction and installation works in cooperation with Civil and Mechanical disciplines.
• Ensure that design and installation instructions are followed.
• Arrange inspection of received material and goods at site.
• Review invoices from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain records of change orders and claims.
• Organize and lead the electrical weekly site meetings.
• Ensure the quality control at site.
• Advise and support the client in planning, organizing and execution of tests.

Testing, Commissioning responsibilities:

• Manage and plan safe inspections and test procedures.
• Instruct and advise the supervisors and subcontractor to use accepted test and inspection methods and proper test equipment.
• Ensure testing of installed equipment and document test results.
• Manage punch list.
• Ensure that all required documents are submitted and signed by the customer for taking over of the plant.

Other desired skills:

• Education : Diploma & BE Electrical
• Experience : 6 years of experience
• Engine based powerplant experience
• Experience of installations & commissioning related to electrical engine auxiliary
• Practical experience from Power Plant construction, especially engines and systems
• Strong team working skills
• Willingness to relocate Noida (Primary) / Chennai or Mumbai (Secondary)
