As an Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineer / Trainer at ABC Trainings, you will be at the forefront of empowering professionals and aspiring engineers in the dynamic fields of electrical engineering, electronics, and telecommunications. Your role is pivotal in providing hands-on training and imparting industry-relevant skills that prepare individuals for successful careers in these cutting-edge domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions covering a wide range of domains, including ethical hacking, hardware and networking, software development, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), data science, coding, network security, full stack development, web development, database management, cybersecurity, mobile app development, DevOps, cloud computing, and more.
• Software Proficiency: Provide expertise in industry-standard software tools and languages, including Auto CAD Electrical, PLC SCADA, MATLAB Electrical and Electronics , ETAP, Microcontroller, C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PHP, Ruby, Swift, Kotlin, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Django, Flask, Node.js, Angular, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Selenium, ethical hacking tools (e.g., Metasploit, Wireshark), networking tools (e.g., Wireshark, Cisco Packet Tracer), data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), cybersecurity tools (e.g., Nmap, Wireshark), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), integrated development environments (IDEs), and more.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create comprehensive and industry-relevant training modules.
• Hands-On Learning: Facilitate hands-on learning experiences, coding projects, and practical exercises to enhance participants' skills and knowledge.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Assess the progress of trainees, offerconstructive feedback, and conduct evaluations to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software engineering to provide real-world insights to trainees.
• Mentorship : Provide mentorship and guidance to participants in their career development, helping them become proficient software engineers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in a wide range of software tools and languages commonly used in electrical, electronics, and telecommunications engineering.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Previous training or teaching experience in relevant subjects is a plus.
