We are looking for a Electrical Engineer for a leading institute based out at Delhi/NCR.Experience- 8-10 YearsQualification- BE / B tech Electrical.Roles-\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to supervise execution of the electrical work on daily basis within
allotted time, productivity, quality and safety standards and in accordance with
specifications and drawings.
\xef\x82\xb7 To ensure conveyance of information on drawings to the site Supervisory staff with
sufficient clarity to ensure understanding.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for coordination and milestones including, planning, engineering,
construction, commissioning and handover.
\xef\x82\xb7 Problem resolution, in advance of impact on the works and interface with other
departments in the Construction Management Team.
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to review and interpret the Electrical specifications along with overall MEP
specifications.
\xef\x82\xb7 Assists in the introduction of new methods of construction, equipment, and
machinery to improve the construction process.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manages, expedites, and supports consultants and construction document
submittals, budgets, and schedules.
\xef\x82\xb7 Operates in an environment conducive of logistic planning and productivity
measurement.
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinates with the MEP Engineer and Finishing engineers to review the
allocation of manpower, material and equipment by the contractor for assigned
projects.\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for the timely delivery of required site forms including all Material
delivery notes (with authorized signature and ID number), Master Labor Card, and
Daily Activity Report and other information as required for Projects Control.
\xef\x82\xb7 Implements the safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce
and that they are fully enforced
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitors all project team construction works, subcontractor works to ensure their
compliance with the job specifications and time plan.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensures controlled material/equipment wastage at site.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepares look-ahead schedules for electrical works.
\xef\x82\xb7 Assists MEP manager in updating progress on site to Planning on a weekly basis.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensures his site image is in compliance with Company standards and policies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Assists in the issuance of information required for the weekly and monthly
progress reports and progress photographs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Translates look ahead programs with MEP Engineers to working schedules for the
site supervisory staff.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintains a digital photo data base of the site to meet record requirements and
management defined marketing needs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conducts daily meetings with owners representative to organize work scope for
the day/next day.
\xef\x82\xb7 Records changes for the delivery of As-Built Drawings for his projects.\xef\x82\xb7 Assists with the development of new Engineering standards and maintains and
improves existing standards and guidelines, implementing industry and company
best practices.
\xef\x82\xb7 Acts as a subject matter expert regarding some electrical engineering activities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Interacts closely with internal teams to ensure that project needs and objectives
are met.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepares engineering scope documents, exhibits, budgets, specifications,
schedules, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
\xef\x82\xb7 Leads or participates in project meetings and conference calls.
\xef\x82\xb7 Produces quality engineering plans, studies, and specifications while ensuring
compliance with department, project, company, utility, regional electrical entity, and
industry requirements and standards.
\xef\x82\xb7 Participates in engineering, design review, and construction review processes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Leads and conducts value-engineering studies of alternative design approaches.
\xef\x82\xb7 Interprets plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering
and construction.
\xef\x82\xb7 Leads or assists with investigations of electrical-related issues, including root
cause analysis as needed.
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be well versed QA/QC, project scheduling and in review of design of Load
calculation, Load factor, design of panel board, Wiring schedule and Transformer
requirement etc. He should be well versed of HVAC system design review and its
implementation in Five start hotel.\xef\x82\xb7 He can review the contract agreement, BOQ and Finishing design and comment
on it.
