• Electrical Engineer
• B.tech.
• Experience: 2-3 years
• Skill: Must have knowledge in DCS programming logic.

• :
• Involved in the detail engineering for instrument in project that includes DCS, Field Instruments, Control Valve, pressure/flow/level transmitters and other instruments
• Developing Equipment Hierarchy to group Primary and associated equipment (Maintainable Group) for PM and Shutdown Plan.
• Preparing base data for the Preventive Maintenance Job.
• Preparing Preventive Maintenance routines and Plan.
• Assigning Job Plan and Task according to Equipment type.
• Reviewing Cause& Effect Diagram and Instrument Loop Diagram(C&E Matrix & ILD) to scheduling PM for equipment.
• Preparing resource scheduling for preventive Maintenance Plan.
• Loop Identification and updating (IHD)
• Preparation of Bill of material (BOM) for various instrumentation Equipments by
• reviewing the SPIR, Datasheet, Cross Sectional Drawings, General Assembly
• Drawings, Specification Sheet, Part List, Operation Manuals and other relevant documents.
• Preparing Equipment Specification from Datasheets, Maintenance Manual and Specification sheets.
• Developing Equipment Hierarchy to group Primary and associated equipment (Maintainable Group) for PM and Shutdown Plan.
• Fault finding by analyzing Functional Block Diagram (FBD) and rectifying the faults in field
• Analog and digital input output module fault finding
• Parameters setting and monitoring of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) as per the process requirements of motors overall maintenance
• 3 phase motors star-delta connection, direct online connection diagram analysis
• Burner management systems thorough knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
