Organization is leading Crane Manufacturing Industry Located at Changodar, Ahmedabad. Required Education: Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering with min 2 to 4 Years Experience in Crane Panel Wiring and other Electrical Maintenance. : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer specializing in crane panel wiring to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering with specific expertise in wiring panels for crane systems according to design specifications. This role involves collaboration with design engineers, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and meticulous execution of wiring tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Panel Wiring:
- Execute precise wiring of crane control panels as per detailed design schematics and electrical diagrams.
- Assemble and install electrical components, including circuit breakers, relays, transformers, and terminal blocks within control panels.
- Design Implementation:
- Interpret and implement wiring designs, ensuring all connections are made correctly and according to specified requirements.
- Collaborate with design engineers to understand project specifications and constraints.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of wired panels to ensure they meet quality standards and function correctly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any wiring issues or discrepancies identified during testing or inspection.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all relevant electrical safety standards and protocols to ensure safe installation and operation of crane control panels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and ensure efficient workflow.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of wiring configurations, changes, and testing results.
- Update wiring diagrams and documentation as necessary to reflect any modifications or improvements.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices as needed.
