Noida, KasnaOverview:Sphere Thermal is looking for a skilled Electrical & Electronics Engineer (Manager) for its design team with a strong background in independently developing and executing products/equipment for Roof Mounted AC Package Units (RMPU) in HVAC systems for Indian Railways and Metro systems. This role will focus on leading the electrical and electronic design, development, and testing of HVAC systems, ensuring top-notch performance and compliance.Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Design & Development: Lead the independent design and development of electrical and electronic components for HVAC systems, including power distribution, control systems, and wiring harnesses.
• Product Execution: Independently manage the execution of electrical systems for HVAC products, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and efficiency standards.
• System Integration: Oversee the integration of electrical systems into HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal compatibility with mechanical components and smooth system operation.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with Indian Railways (RDSO, ICF) and Metro standards.
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in electrical systems during product development and production stages.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to electrical safety regulations and industry standards throughout the development process.

Qualifications:

• Education: BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in independently developing and executing electrical systems for HVAC products, particularly in the railway or transportation sectors.
• Skills: Strong expertise in electrical circuit design, control systems, HVAC electrical equipment, and integration.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with electrical standards and safety requirements (RDSO, ICF) in the railway sector.
• Proficiency in power electronics, control system design, and HVAC system diagnostics.

Ability to manage and lead product development projects independently from concept to execution.
