An

Electrical Draftsman

is responsible for preparing detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts for electrical systems used in various applications such as power distribution, industrial automation, and building infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify electrical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.). Develop wiring diagrams, circuit layouts, and panel designs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to interpret specifications and design requirements. Maintain and update technical documentation and as-built drawings. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for component specifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, EPLAN, or other electrical drafting software. Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, IS). Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical specifications. Experience in panel designing and electrical layouts is a plus.

in the electrical industry is responsible for estimating project costs, analyzing expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in electrical system designs and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates for electrical projects, products, and tenders. Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to determine pricing. Collaborate with design, procurement, and production teams to optimize costs. Review supplier quotations and negotiate pricing for components. Conduct cost-benefit analysis for different design alternatives. Prepare detailed cost reports and assist in budgeting. Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience in cost estimation and budgeting for electrical products/projects. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel. Understanding of electrical components, materials, and market pricing.
