Job Title: Electrical Draughtsman

Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai
Budget: 3 - 4 LPA

We are seeking an experienced Draughtsman (Electrical) with hands-on experience in AutoCAD and 3D Revit drawings. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills and a strong understanding of technical drawings related to Civil and other MEP services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drawing Preparation: Prepare detailed drawings for Electrical/ELV systems (including CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, Telephone/Data Network System) and BMS/EMS systems according to project requirements and specifications.
• Schematic Drawings: Create typical and schematic drawings for Electrical/ELV systems, BMS, and EMS as needed.
• Single Line Drawings (SLD): Develop complete project SLDs.
• Ceiling Plan Layouts: Prepare ceiling plan (RCP) layouts for light fixtures, coordinating with HEPA, diffusers, and grills as per room specifications.
• Light Looping and Power Circuit Drawings: Generate light looping drawings and power circuit drawings.
• Socket Layouts: Design socket layouts for both modular and industrial types.
• Telephone/Data Outlet Layouts: Develop layouts for telephone and data outlets.
• ELV System Layouts: Create layouts for ELV systems including Access Control, Door Interlocking, Fire Alarm systems.
• Room Display Location Layouts: Prepare layouts for room display locations inside clean rooms.
• Cable Tray and Conduit Layouts: Develop cable tray and conduit routine layouts for Electrical/BMS/EMS/ELV systems.
• Cable Tray/Conduit Sizing: Size and quantify cable trays and conduits according to project requirements.
• Panel Locations: Determine panel locations on layouts as required.
• As-built Drawings: Create accurate as-built drawings reflecting the final state of Electrical/ELV and BMS/EMS systems inside clean room systems post-construction.
• Coordination: Attend meetings and site visits with clients and consultants as needed. Coordinate Electrical drawings with other services like HVAC, Utility, Process, and clean room partitions to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain drawing numbering, templates, revision numbers, and save them in designated folder systems for future records and reference.
• Additional Tasks: Perform any other detailing tasks as instructed by project management or the Head of Department related to CAD drafting.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D Revit.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills.
• Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of technical drawings for Civil and MEP services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
