Job Description

As an Electrical Designer with SP3D experience, you will be responsible for designing and detailing electrical systems for various projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards. You will work closely with other engineering professionals to produce accurate and efficient electrical designs and schematics.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed electrical designs and schematics using SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) software.

• Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and integrate electrical systems into overall designs.

• Prepare and review electrical drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

• Conduct design reviews and provide technical support during the construction phase.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material and equipment specifications.

• Perform electrical load calculations and equipment sizing.

• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues and discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to electrical designs and changes.

Requirements * Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Designer, preferably with experience in SP3D.

• Proficiency in using SP3D for electrical design and modeling.

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.

• Experience with other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
