The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting LV and MV switchgear electrical schematic drawing packages based on customer specifications, as well as point-to-point wiring diagrams based on switchgear schematics and layout. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and working knowledge of Autocad Electrical or Bentley Promis-e.Responsibilities:
- Develop customized and innovative designs of electrical drawing packages (layouts, bill of material, nameplates and schematics) that comply with and incorporate all applicable regulatory standards, client specifications, and manufacturing requirements. Perceive and comprehend electrical schematics and one-line diagrams. Create interlocking and relay logic schematics. Create circuit breaker open and closing logic and schematics. Understand PLC programming and wiring schematics.
- Two years of experience in LV and MV Switchgear design required. Certification in Autocad Electrical or Bentley Promis-e preferred.
