Roles and Responsibilities: Mandatory: CAD Designer (Electrical) \xe2\x97\x8f Production of drawings within appropriate timescale and to a high level of quality by following the specifications & calculations as per best Electrical and MEP engineering standards and practices. Drawings include the following but not limited to: o GFC o Shop Drawings o Elevation Layouts o As built Layouts o Coordination Layouts \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure the quality of drawings is maintained as per international engineering standards with details on layers, dimensions, clearances, clashes, BOQ references are mentioned. \xe2\x97\x8f Incorporation of accurate and appropriate details such as client and all project stakeholder names, approval and revision details, dates, drawing status, etc. on all the drawings. \xe2\x97\x8f Filing and maintenance of all soft copies of drawings in the company archive for future reference and use. \xe2\x97\x8f Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD systems \xe2\x97\x8f Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations. \xe2\x97\x8f Submission and follow up for approval of all drawings with project team, PMC, client and consultant. \xe2\x97\x8f Communicating with engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. \xe2\x97\x8f Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations. \xe2\x97\x8f Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team. \xe2\x97\x8f Quantifying all line items in the GFC, shop drawing or as built layout for the purpose of estimation, material requisition or project use. \xe2\x97\x8f Carry out regular programme monitoring to identify changes in the status of the projects \xe2\x97\x8f Work under the supervision of the Asst Manager- Design, Estimation Engineer \xe2\x97\x8f All jobs as assigned by MD/ Asst. Manager- Designs Qualification & Preferred Skills \xe2\x97\x8f BE/Diploma Engineer or Training on Civil & Architectural Draughtsmanship with 3-4 year of experience \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge in AUTOCAD / REVIT \xe2\x97\x8f IT Skills \xe2\x80\x93 MS Office proficient \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in Google Workspace preferred. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication skills \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent in documentation \xe2\x97\x8f Can work independently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Benefits:
