You\'re the right fit if: (4 x bullets max) Completed engineering studies at University level BE/BTech/ME/M-Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, with 12+ years of experience Knowledge of state-of-the-art methods/tools (CAD/simulation) used in electrical design Experience in Analog, Mixed Signal Board Design and Power Electronics designs Experience in 16/32-bit microcontroller-based design and interfacing Knowledge of cable harness design Knowledge of communication interfaces like RS232, RS485, CAN, EtherCAT, Ethernet and USB Knowledge of EMI/EMC standards and testing for conformance Good hands-on experience in schematics and PCB design tools (e.g. Cadence / mentor Graphics) Should have experience in DFMEA and design of Fail-safe systems and Sub systems Should have good fundamental knowledge of Motors/Motor Drivers/ Position, Speed Encoders and should be able to analyze motor under different operating modes such as regenerative mode Experience in design of a communication gateway will be an added advantage. Experience in design or selection for off-the-shelf battery charger and battery management system will be an added advantage Should have experience in design of High speed digital interface Should have good fundamentals of electromagnetic field and design of electronics for high ambient magnetic and electromagnetic fields Should have a understanding of patient safety with knowledge of Insulation Diagram and Means of Protection (MOPP/MOOP) Knowledge of mechanical design compatibility aspects Knowledge of IEC 60601 standardsu00A0will be an added advantageu00A0 Knowledge of Embedded Software Programming will be an added advantage Ability to understand and debug problems across hardware/software boundaries Knowledge of Global Medical Quality and Regulatory Standards e.g. IEC, FDA, UL, CE, CSA etc. Hands-on experience with tools like Agile,u00A0Clear-quest, Windchill or equivalentu00A0 Disciplined team worker, ability to work independently Able to guide and mentor young engineers in the team Result oriented team player Ability to present and articulate ideas to key stakeholders and leadership team Excellent communication skills and Positive u2018can dou2019 attitudeu00A0 Quality mindset in design and documentationu00A0 Global and Cross-functional Experience/Skills in a Matrix Organization will be an added advantage New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Life Cycle Management Product Obsolescence Management/Sustenance and Value Engineering About Philips We are a health technology company.
