As a senior member within this team, the technical leader is responsible for driving technical excellence within said projects to ensure first-time-right quality. The role manages high impact, complex transfer projects that enables Philips to reduce risk, improve profitability, align with Philips\' strategic supply base and optimize supply chain flexibility. The primary function within this role is to execute fast-paced, high quality transfer projects and drive technical ideation of productivity projects working with R&D, PE & CM counterparts. You are responsible for Accountable for resolving all technical challenges during the design change process, which includes resolving product specification challenges, consulting with subject matter experts to guide suppliers, reverse engineering, driving design review workshops, develop test fixtures, etc. Full responsibility to achieve critical KPIs for QUALITY and productivity targets that are tied to the annual business plans. Partner with key business stakeholders to ensure that all business needs are met & improved through sourcing/concept projects. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience. Completed engineering studies at university level BE/BTech/Mtech in Electronics/Electrical with 10+ years of experience Experience in the field of PCBA and System design. Ability to design and develop Analog, Digital and Switching power supply circuits. Familiar in using Microcontrollers, FPGA, DDR3, DDR2 SDRAM, SRAM, Flash Memory and EEPROM. Familiar with FPGA software like Quartus, Vivado, etc. Experience in Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, RS232, RS422/485 communication interfaces Experience in ADC, DAC and Signal conditioning circuit and analog circuit simulation Proficient in testing and debugging equipment\'s like Oscilloscope, Function generator, Data Acquisition System, Digital multi-meters, I2C/SPI Analyzer and CAN Analyzer Familiar in preparation of Design document and Test procedure Able to understand and debug Embedded C and VHDL Exposure to EMI/EMC, Surge, ESD, Environmental Design and Debugging Familiar in Schematic preparation and reviewing PCB design Knowledge of state-of-the-art methods & tools (ORCAD/ Mentor graphics) used in PCB designs. Ability to understand and debug problems across hardware boundaries Exposure to International Medical Quality and Regulatory Standards e.g. IEC, FDA, UL, CE, CSA, BIS etc. will be preferred Disciplined team worker, ability to work independently Ability to present ideas and to convince project team members Be structured and self-organized Positive \'can do\' attitude Team player, drive for results Quality mindset in design and documentation Global mindset About Philips We are a health technology company.
