Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To conduct all instrumentation and electrical maintenance at plant level
• To assist Engineering Manager in driving new projects.
• Reporting to the plant head/Engg in charge and responsible for mechanical maintenance of plant equipment.
• Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; and requesting special services.
• Generate downtime analysis log and maintain the history for all equipment.
• To attend breakdown in bottling, blending & utility areas.
• Identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
• Maintain records for AMC in terms of service reports, spare consumption & renewals.
• Extend support to all departments in running smooth plant operations.
• Monitor closely spare consumption & maintain inventory for critical spare.
• Maintain electrical/ instrumentations stores and inventory for critical items.
• Supervise the site execution activities involving electrical / instrumentation related work.
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.
• Knowledge of Kaizen, Poka Yoke, 5S, ISO 9001, HACCP
• Hands on experience of working on shop floor
• Manage electrician & fitters shift schedule & work allocation

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ?47,000.00 per month
