Job Title : Store Incharge (EV Sales)

Location : Sikar, Rajasthan
Company Head Office : Jaipur, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Management :
• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the store, providing them with information on available electric vehicle models, features, and pricing.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance the overall sales experience.
• Address customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Sales & Handholding :
• Manage the end-to-end sales process for electric vehicles, from initial customer contact to vehicle delivery.
• Assist customers with vehicle handholding management, providing guidance on operation, maintenance, and after-sales services.
• Inventory Management :
• Maintain accurate records of all store inventory, including vehicles, parts, and accessories.
• Ensure timely stock replenishment by coordinating with the Head Office for new stock orders and transfers.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Sales Reporting :
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and inventory reports to the Head Office.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
• Store Operations :
• Ensure that the store is well-organized, clean, and presents a professional appearance at all times.
• Manage and maintain store equipment and facilities.
• Coordination with Head Office :
• Liaise with the company's Head Office in Jaipur for sales planning, promotional activities, and inventory management.
• Assist in implementing corporate policies and procedures at the store level.
• Team Supervision :
• Oversee junior staff, if applicable, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently.

Key Requirements :

• Experience : Prior experience (2+ years) in EV sales or the automotive industry, with hands-on experience in sales, inventory management, and customer handling.
• Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and basic knowledge of electric vehicles and their operation.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related fields is preferred.
• Location : Candidate must be willing to work in Sikar and coordinate with the head office in Jaipur.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software, along with basic computer skills (MS Office).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?12,500.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
