Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electric Scooter Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our fleet of electric scooters. This role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing electric scooters, as well as documenting work performed and maintaining inventory of parts and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine Maintenance:
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electric scooters.
• Perform battery checks, tire pressure monitoring, brake adjustments, and other routine maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all scooters are cleaned and sanitized regularly.

2.Troubleshooting and Repairs:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with scooters.
• Replace or repair faulty parts, including batteries, motors, brakes, and other components.
• Test scooters after repairs to ensure proper functioning.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure all scooters meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
• Order new parts and supplies as needed to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Keep an organized and well-maintained workshop.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues related to scooter performance.
• Educate customers on proper scooter usage and safety precautions.

Reporting:

• Maintain detailed logs and records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Provide regular reports on the status of the scooter fleet and any recurring issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanics or electronics is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in maintenance and repair of electric scooters, bicycles, or similar electric vehicles.
• Skills:
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in electric vehicle maintenance or related field.
• Experience with fleet management systems.
• Familiarity with software and apps related to electric scooter operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
