About the role

eLearning Technical Developer
Location - Hyderabad #LI Hybrid

About the Role:
As an eLearning Technical Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative e-learning solutions. With at least 3 years of experience in custom e-learning development using Web Development frameworks (Bootstrap, React, NodeJS). You will have a solid understanding of design principles and a consistent track record of creating engaging and interactive Web applications and e-learning content. You will be responsible for collaborating with domain experts to gather content and transform it into effective online learning experiences.

Key Responsibility
They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. You should also have a passion for learning and innovation, and a keen eye for design and usability

They should have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with SCORM, AICC and xAPI standards. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential, as you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to e-learning content

Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning content using HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Develop multimedia elements, simulations, and assessments to make the e-learning content more interactive and engaging.

Work with learning management systems (LMS) to deploy and track e-learning courses.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-learning content, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning development to continuously improve the quality of e-learning solutions.

Ensure that e-learning content is compatible with SCORM and xAPI standards for seamless integration with various learning platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers and multimedia specialists, to create visually appealing and effective e-learning content.

Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that e-learning content meets the required standards and specifications. (also ensure that all elearning/digital assets are accessible / adhere to ADA guidelines or similar)

Provide technical support and training to end-users, including trainers and learners, to ensure smooth navigation and utilization of eLearning modules.

Evaluate the effectiveness of eLearning materials and make recommendations for improvements based on user feedback and metrics.

Maintain accurate documentation of eLearning development processes, including design decisions, technical specifications, and troubleshooting steps.

Work closely with instructional designers. Understand learning objectives, content structure, and desired interactivity to translate them into technical solutions.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:
Proven track record of creating engaging and interactive e-learning content using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Proficiency in developing multimedia elements, simulations, and assessments using any one of the following Web Development Framework: Bootstrap, NodeJS, React, Angular
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) for course deployment and tracking.
Solid understanding of responsive Web Development.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
Experience in creating accessible custom digital learning solutions.
Desirable Requirements:
Self-starter with a high level of adaptability
Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
