Roles and Responsibilities

Create engaging learning courses per the storyboard provided

Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product

Incorporate graphics, audio, and video files in Storyline and other authoring tools

Follow directions, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests in a positive manner

Coordinate with other team members to ensure tasks allocated are on track and call out risks as early as possible

Work closely with other design professionals to solve problems and communicate resolutions

Be a team player with a positive attitude and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills

Required Qualifications:

2-7 years of experience in eLearning developer role

Expertise in Articulate Storyline 3, Captivate and Adobe Create Cloud is a must.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word) and Audacity

Should have good verbal and written communication skills (English)

Excellent knowledge of Storyline / Photoshop / Illustrator /Flash/ Captivate is required.

Domain experience in corporate e-learning
