Development & DigitalisationThe Global Technical & Safety Training organization is a team of learning professionals and other specialists focused on ensuring the best learning solutions and tools are available for our stakeholders to develop the right skills, qualifications and competencies to transport, installation, commission, and service Vestas products, in the safest and most effective way.Responsibilities

• Develop content for digital platforms (including e-learning/mobile learning) that supports learning which is portable, scalable, and easily accessible to the remotest employee within the organization.
• Create, edit, develop, and publish training content and materials for digital mediums.
• Work in collaboration with the Functional training teams, content development vendors to have an optimized digital learning program for the end-users.
• Providing creative and innovative ideas to ensure all learning developed is engaging, appropriate to the audience, and meets the business requirements
• Define specification for training equipment (training hardware and simulators) for new products and MK upgrades.
• Handover of new eLearning courses to Training as needed according to the complexity of upgrade/change.

Qualifications

• Degree /Diploma in Graphics and Animations/Fine Arts/ E-Learning/ Virtual Reality;
• BE Computer science/MscIT/MCA

Competencies

• 6+ years of work experience in eLearning content development.
• A motivation for visual design, innovation, and teamwork
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Aftereffects, Premier, and other Designing tools any other sketching.
• Should have good knowledge in eLearning authoring tools like (Storyline, Captivate, etc.)
• Creating Character (Agent) and animated based on the training materials
• Solid-foundation and instinctive ability to exercise good judgment in manipulating the visual elements such as contrast, scale, color, spacing, and typography.
• Good understanding of 3D Graphics and tools.
• Experience in Maya / Cero Illustrator / Blender / Keyshot added advantage
• To be able to work to a brief, solve problems creatively and adapt their style.
• Ability to think "open to new ideas" and work in tight deadlines.
