Implement the Emergency response and contingency plan across Syngene operation.
Develop the scenario specific emergency repose plans for each operating unit and nature of activities.
Train all the employees on Emergency response plan and Contingency plan.
Keep all fire and emergency equipment\'s ready use and maintained.
Provide expert recommendation to improve the site fire protection and preventions.
Schedule and conduct the drill as per scenario specific.
Provide management report weekly, monthly, and annually as per drill conducted.
Audit the fire and emergency plan.
Act as Site Emergency management system lead role in the event of emergencies.
Develop capability within Syngene team.
Develop capability of Building ERT and Site ERT members on various aspect of emergency management
Conduct role-based training module to ERT members.
Ensure adequate members are available at site/ building, plan for selection of ERT members as per procedure defined.
Conduct battels plan every day and ensure the battel plan are conducted each building.
Guide Syngene multiple sites on improvement of ERCP.
Drive independent role of Site EMS Lead.
Conduct tabletop drill for Site Strategic emergency management system leads (Gold team)
Take independent decisions as per protocol of Syngene on critical situation.
