Job Position : EHS Officer

Experience : 1-3 Years (MSW and Biomining process will be preferable).

Location : Jaipur, Ahmedabad, & Kutch

Qualification : Graduate or Diploma in Safety/Fire.

Key Responsibilities :

(1) Regulatory Compliance:• Stay updated on central and state regulations related to occupational health, safety, and environmental protection.• Ensure organizational compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

(2) Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification:• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments of the workplace to identify potential hazards.• Analyze accident and incident reports to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.• Develop and implement measures to mitigate identified risks and hazards.

(3) Safety Policies and Procedures:• Establish emergency response protocols and evacuation plans.• Promote a safety culture by organizing safety campaigns, training sessions, and awareness programs.

(4) Training and Education:• Conduct safety training for employees, supervisors, and managers on topics such as hazard communication, personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency procedures.• Provide guidance on safe work practices and proper use of equipment and machinery.• Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing safety education efforts.

(5)Incident Investigation and Reporting:• Lead investigations into accidents, near misses, and safety violations.• Document findings and recommend corrective actions to prevent future incidents.• Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.

(6) Environmental Management:• Monitor and manage environmental aspects of operations, including waste management, pollution prevention, and resource conservation.• Implement programs to reduce the organization's environmental footprint and promote sustainability initiatives.

(7) Safety Audits and Inspections:• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

(1) Candidate must be a graduate and should be done with a diploma in safety/ fire & safety.(2) Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety.

(3) Knowledge with FA-1948 and SWM-2016.

(4) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time.

(5) Prior experience in conducting safety training, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance activities is beneficial.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
