Account Management - Work Dynamics (APAC)



What this job involves:

Putting safety protocols in place

That's why we're on the lookout for an effective country EHS manager who will help the account regional EHS director in implementing and managing the Company's safety management system across the region.



As the person in charge, you'll see to it that both national and local safety standards are religiously followed in all of our clients' multisite portfolios. Aside from these, you'll be on top of designing and enforcing risk management strategies; as well as providing reports on the adoption of safety protocols.



You'll also be the go-to person for all things related to workplace safety. In this role, you'll provide valuable insights and technical advice on mitigating risks. You'll also organise and roll out effective communication plans for the region. Performing routine inspections, reviews and audits is part of your mandate, too.

Likewise, you'll constantly collaborate with our account teams to identify opportunities for improvement, and determine cost-effective ways in implementing our safety standards.



Also part of your scope is to build good working relationship with our clients and contractors. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with facilities managers in handling key external and internal stakeholders. You'll also support our procurement team in selecting contractors, and ensuring that these approved experts follow safety standards in place.

A full-fledged authority in workplace safety

The ideal candidate will steer the Company to safety--and see to it that the workplace stays this way. That's why we're looking for a certified expert with over three years' experience in managing EHS systems. We'd also want someone who is well-versed in international safety standards, preferably those who hold Chartered Membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) certification or other national equivalent.



Likewise, the ideal candidate is equipped with good working knowledge of EHS tools and platforms, and the technical skills to overcome issues that may come our way. A relevant experience in handling quality management systems, as well as Lead Auditor Qualifications, are also advantageous.

The EH&S Manager will document and implement programs to deliver Health and Safety compliance for the Client account across Bangalore sites.



The programs must assure systematic plans for daily management and improvement with effective reporting and progress review methods. This position will provide guidance and support to site management, program owners and site personnel across multiple facilities to ensure compliance with EH&S requirements through the design, organization, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and programs.



The most important objective of this role will be ensuring that our clients, our employees and contractors return home safely at the end of their working day.



They must have an acute eye for EH&S risk and be able to foster as strong culture health and safety and deliver world class EH&S results, improved productivity, and flawless execution. As a member of the Work Dynamics EH&S team, they will support the implementation of the JLL EH&S strategy, and the role reports directly to the city lead Day-to-day accountability is to the JLL Account Director with regular reporting on EH&S performance across the account to the Account Leadership team and the Client. Other key stakeholders include the account leads



Implement comprehensive EH&S programs and initiatives that comply with regulatory requirements and promote employee participation and accountability. Examples include contractor safety, isolation of hazardous energy, chemical management, and emergency procedures, among others. o Ensure continuity and sustainability of Safety Management System that support the identification, elimination, and control hazardous conditions that may lead to injury and/or property damage using safety standards, best management practices, and analytical techniques.



Lead a team of Safety and Contract Risk Management Professionals and ensure that appropriate site and business specific programs are implemented, documented and standardized to effectively and efficiently meet CPI/KPI's and legal requirements. Programs must comply with regulatory, client and company requirements. o Develop and conduct training in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Ensure proper documentation of training.

• Assist sites in performing job SWMS, work permits, safety analysis and developing safe work procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections and program and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collect data, provide information and reports as needed to support the Client's compliance programs o Participate and conduct compliance across sites. Ensure incident investigation, root-cause analysis, recordkeeping, and follow-ups are conducted. Make recommendations for prevention based on results of investigations.


IAQ test, tracking and monitoring at all the location and interacting with technical team for corrective action.

Monitoring in the quality of Water and assist for testing different sources of waters as per the PCB norms STP, domestic water and drinking RO water etc.
