EHS Executive Property and Asset Management. What this job involves You will oversee and ensure fire safety at your site. You will use the assigned apparatus and follow the command structure instructions for fire suppression or a related emergency service. Your duties will involve:

• Overall responsible of dispatching and accompanying ERT (Emergency response team).
• Preparing plans and executing (fire and life safety) evacuation drills and other fire safety related trainings to the team members and occupants available in the premises.
• Ensuring complete appropriate rescue, firefighting and salvage operations at a fire scene for sites.
• Ensuring overall established procedures for site to determine if individuals are trapped within a burning facility and taking appropriate actions to secure their rescue.
• Ensuring overall Performance of the lift evacuation and rescue drill periodically.
• Securing affected structure to prevent rekindling.
• Ensure overall implementation of inventory of all equipment after suppression has been achieved, recording all equipment, which must be left at the site and incident report.
• Providing information for pre-fire planning studies and maintaining an updated knowledge of pre-fire plans.
• Liaison with Government authorities for periodic renewal of the NOC\xe2\x80\x99s of sites.
• Overall responsible for Report and maintain record of all the incidents of sites.
• Overall responsibility and ensuring all the checklists and records updated related to Fire equipment\xe2\x80\x99s maintenance and training records at sites.
• Overall responsibility and ensuring the maintenance of all fire safety works in the workplace as per NBC standards is achieved by the down site team.
• Ensure conduct frequent visit/ checks within the all premises and remove or cause to be removed any fire hazard that is found within the workplace
• Implementation, Prepare and get executed the Emergency Response Plan for all site South.
• Overall training, coordination and managing the Company Emergency Response Team for the premises in first-aid, firefighting and evacuation in the event of a fire or other related emergencies.
• Overall Co-ordination and manage with due diligence supervision through the site team for the occupants within the premises/ sites south in firefighting and in evacuation in the event of a fire or other related emergencies
• Organize campaigns, training courses, competitions, contests and other activities that will develop and maintain the interest of the occupants within the premises in establishing a fire-safe environment.
• Overall responsible for EHS/ Fire & safety audits of sites (South).
• Overall responsible for Risk assessment of sites as per standards.
• Maintaining and updating security policies, checklists and procedure manual.
• Having a working knowledge of all current building\xe2\x80\x99s security panels, fire and life safety code requirements.
• Ensuring fire drill is carried out every week for security and unit staffs.
• Physically patrolling the designated area (focusing on elevators, and all areas of ingress/egress); using surveillance equipment, access control points, and alarms. Control buildings access and monitor activities of visitors.
• Regular and ongoing communication with Property Manager/Team members/Clients regarding events, incidents, concerns of Security Team members, recommendations, staffing needs, etc.
• Drafting disaster management plan in co-ordination with site team members & Property Manager.

Qualifications You will have a Degree in EHS / Fire Engineering OR Fire Safety with work experience of 5-7 years. If you have a good knowledge of current fire suppression and firefighting techniques along with knowledge of the principles and practices involved in emergency medical services, you will be our preferred candidate.
