Job Description

o Looking out all the activity related in GPCB recognized Schedule-1 Environmental AuditLaboratory.o Having knowledge and maintaining of all outlet parameters described by the pollution control boardsuch as pH, TDS, COD, BOD, TSS etc.o Having knowledge of MLVSS, MLSS, DO and other various important terms of biological treatment.o Compliance Documents like Form-3, Form-4, Form-5, EC compliance Report, Maintaining Monthly &Annually hazardous waste records, and Maintaining Daily log sheet of ETP & MEE. Liaisoning workrelated to MOEF&cc, GPCB & GIDC etc.o Handling & Disposal of hazardous waste as per the PCB guidelines & procedures.o Adequacy report of production mix.o Preparations of reports and incorporate with labs regarding plant queries on daily and monthly basis.o Documentation work like Sludge bills, letters to PCB, Renewal of Consent, Plant products andmaterials inventory etc.o Ensuring good housekeeping & maintain safe working environment.o Regular preparation of documents and compliance of 6-S system; ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.o Having knowledge and worked on GPCB XGN (Online web portal of GPCB).o Preparation and submission of Post EC Six-Monthly Environmental Compliance Report.o Documentation related National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL).o Worked on the project of Kalpsar given by the Government of Gujarat.o Environment Monitoring and Analysis.o Documentation related National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL).o Worked on SAP Module & Udhyog module.o Worked on Legatrix Software.o Efficient to give Tool box talk (TBT) on shop floor and EHS induction to the new joined employee.o Efficient to calculate Water balance & Mass Balance.o Trouble shooting of ETP.o Knowledge of Work permits system.o Coordinate the activities in the celebration of national Safety week, World Environment daycelebration, Mock drill Activity and other EHS Activities.
