Eeg Technician
Job Description
• Perform EEG tests on patients to record electrical activity of the brain
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and addressing concerns
• Apply electrodes to the patient's scalp and ensure proper placement for accurate readings
• Monitor and observe patients during testing, noting any relevant clinical observations
• Record, document, and report test results accurately for physician review
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Clean and sterilize EEG equipment after each use according to hospital/clinic protocols
• Assist in training and educating patients and families regarding procedures
• Stay updated with new EEG technologies, procedures, and best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
