Job Title : E&E System Integration Engineer Location : Chennai Role : Design of E&E System integration & Distribution system Industry Preference : Exposure in Automotive Industry is a must Expected Outcome: Member : E&E System integration team. Should have hands on experience in Vehicle architecture & should be able to work out design proposals & Interface requirements. Need have min 2 years\' hands on experience of wiring harness, Components 3D &2D modelling using CATIA R21 V6/V5. Should have hands on knowledge on DFMEA, DVVP, testing & Validation protocols. Should have Knowledge on Automotive Regulation & Standards. Responsibilities : Should have good understanding of Vehicle Level E&E Architecture. Should be able to propose interface requirements of E&E systems Understand the requirements & Define the Architecture needed. Define Sub system requirements, Drill down in to sub system level requirements Responsible for delivery of E&E system integration in Vehicle level, in compliance with Engineering Quality, Cost & Delivery commitments. Responsible for System / Sub system / Individual Part level position definition and interface requirements Knowledge on Electronics Hardware, Firmware & Software Knowledge of automotive connectors, Clips, clamps, conduits, wires etc. Hands on experience on vehicle level Wiring harness 3D & 2D modeling using CATIA R21/V5/V6 & CHS, including protection systems Hands on experience on Design Verification/Validation of design in CATIA (Eg. Clash /contact/ Tolerance analysis) Exposure in Automotive vehicle systems ie starting, charging, lighting, Switches, ECU\'s Controllers, Sensors, Actuators, Wiring Harness etc. Exposure in Vehicle level testing, Validation protocols of E&E System Exposure on Vehicle level issue Analysis & Providing solutions. Creation of Process flow charts, Installation guidelines Exposure in Automotive vehicle & Quality systems (FMEA, DVVP etc.). Candidate Profile : Essential Qualifications (full time) : Diploma In EEE/Diploma in ECE with 3 8 yrs. / BE in Electrical/Electronics with 36 Yrs. Essential Skills: E&E system integration in vehicle level. Min 2 years Hands on experience in wiring harness design in CATIA V6/V5, Vehicle level verification & Validations.
