We are Hiring Educational Sales Lead
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the education sector.
• Represent FirstBit at career fairs, seminars, and educational events.
• Promote and sell FirstBit's educational products and services.
• Conduct product demos and workshops to showcase value propositions.
• Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to refine sales approaches and maximize results.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives.
• Generate leads through networking, outreach, and partnerships.
• Train and mentor team members in educational sales initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or education-focused roles.
• Has managed a team of 5 or more members effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Attributes:
• Familiarity with the education sector and a strong network in academic institutions.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations and sales workshops.
