Job Summary:
We are looking for an Educational Psychologist to support students and educators in Natya . The role involves assessing skill oriented learning needs, addressing performance-related challenges, and fostering well-being through psychological strategies in the arts.
Responsibilities:
• Provide counselling and psychological support to students and performers.
• Collaborate with educators to develop inclusive and effective curricula.
• Conduct workshops on mental health and performance enhancement.
• Research the impact of Natya training on psychological and emotional growth.
