Lab Instructor - ElectricalJob responsibilities * Promotion of Apprenticeship program

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes of fresher Apprentices
• Maintain the equipment in the workshop and labs.
• Maintain records of Apprenticeship training.
• Conduct upskilling & reskilling training for existing workforce.

Desired qualification & experience

• NCVT / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Trade with 10 to 15 years of experience
• Ability to read, explain and wire complex electrical circuits
• Knowledge of product testing
• Basic Fitting Knowledge
• Experience in Maintenance and troubleshooting of machine tools
• Knowledge of Safety practices.
• Knowledge of Motor, Transformer winding
• Knowledge of Power electronics
