Eligibility:

A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent quali?cation recognized as such by the central government.

Job Requirements:

? Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal skills, negotiation & convincing skills.

? Proven Experience as a Sales Executive or Relevant Role.

? Hands-on experience with CRM Software is a plus.

? Through Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

? Fast learner and passion for sales.

? Self-motivated with a Result -driven-Approach

? Immediate joiners Preferred .

Job Responsibilities:

? Conversion of leads Received through various marketing channels.

? Consistently achieve Revenue Targets in line with team/ organizational Objectives.

? Identifying References the existing Customers base to increase the sales pipeline.

? Proactively identifying cross-selling/ upselling opportunities with the existing customers.

? Managing pie-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products /geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.

Salary package offered:
After selected candidates will be part of a Training Process under a Trainee profile at a monthly stipend which will be paid on a pro-rata basis for the Training Duration upto 15k. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be promoted to the role of an Associate at Package upto 2.5 lakh.

Work Timings:

WFO : 10AM - 6PM 6 days
