Position: Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Specialization: Pen Tab Video Creation for JEE Advanced and NEET
Languages: Hindi and English

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality Pen Tab video content for JEE Advanced and NEET exams.
• Bilingual Explanation: Ensure explanations and terminology are clear and accessible in both Hindi and English.
• Student Engagement: Understand student needs and create engaging, compelling content to foster effective and sustained learning.
• Resource Development: Create comprehensive teacher resources, including test papers, lesson plans, presentations, teaching aids, and video lectures.

Essential Skills:

• Subject Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Mathematics and Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology).
• Educational Insight: Strong conceptual understanding of how students learn scientific concepts.
• Experiential Teaching: Hands-on experience in integrating experiential teaching methods and activities into the content.
• Innovative Mindset: Willingness to learn and develop alternatives to traditional content creation methods.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Zoology, or Botany.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in creating or curating high-quality educational content.
• Additional Advantage: Classroom teaching experience is a plus.

Pay: ?134,696.01 - ?247,187.94 per year
