Role Scope: This person will ensure the ongoing professional training of clients through seminars, events and salon sessions on sales targets and initiatives to create customer loyalty. He / she will act as the ambassador for the brand Major Responsibilities:
- Train and/or provide demo\xe2\x80\x99s 6 days a week, Mon-Sat
- Maintain and develop relationships with each account \xe2\x80\x93 focus on key accounts
- Deliver highly professional training for each and every account
- Assist with BDM enquiries in regard to training and product knowledge
- Complete workshop as per assigned plan
- Deal with technical enquires/issues over the phone and via email
- Attend annual training sessions (TTT)
- Product knowledge
