Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers Explain products or services and generate interest Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information Maintain records of calls and feedback Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry) Positive attitude and ability to work in a team Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
