We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to drive student enrollments and generate quality leads for our education programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for connecting with students and parents to help them achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Qualification
Identify potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, events, referrals, and direct outreach.
Qualify leads based on their educational needs and interests to ensure alignment with offered programs.
Sales and Conversion
Contact prospective students and parents to explain program features, benefits, and enrollment processes.
Build trust and guide prospects through the decision-making process to achieve enrollment targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with leads and nurture them throughout the sales cycle.
Address inquiries, provide timely follow-ups, and handle objections professionally.
Market Research and Strategy
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and target audience preferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation campaigns.
Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and target achievement.
