Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bangalore. The Education Sales Manager will be responsible for communication, sales, account management, education, training, and fostering client relationships in South India. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client accounts.
Job responsibilities include:
1. Utilize the provided sales leads and set up product demos with clients. Also create own leads.
2. Conduct product presentations and manage the entire sales cycle.
3. Follow-ups on time, and reporting on a weekly basis are essential.
4. Candidate must be fluent in English and Kannada/ Tamil . Knowledge of another language is an added advantage.
5. Must be familiar with MS Word and Excel, with attention to detail
6. Candidates must be willing to travel to client sites
Qualifications and Experience
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in Education Sales and Account Management
• Strong ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Knowledge of the education industry and market trends
• Knowledge of Tamil/ Kannada/ would be an added advantage
• Ability to use digital marketing effectively
• Network within schools in India is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Education, or related field
Compensation:
This role carries a fixed component and a high percentage of variable OTE for the right candidate who can achieve results quickly.
