JOB ROLE: Position: Education Sales Executive Type: Full-Time (Remote) Salary: Commission-based for the first 3 months, followed by a fixed salary + commission EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Initial 3 Months: Probation Period. No Fixed Salary. 100% Commission Basis Basis. Allowed to work in parallel with existing job. After Successful 3 Months: Salary 2.5 Lakhs - 8 Lakhs CTC Per Annum + Commission + Incentive + Conveyance Commission Structure for First 3 Months: 1 Closure per Month: INR 3000/- per Closure 2 Closures per Month: INR 5000/- per Closure 3 Closures per Month: INR 7000/- per Closure Above 3 Closures per Month: INR 10000/- per Closure Employment Confirmation Requirements: Minimum of 10 closures in the first 3 months Minimum of 3 closures per month Essential Qualifications: 3-8 years of education sales experience Excellent communication skills Proven experience in education sales Experience in student management Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree in business, education, or related field Experience in the education industry is a plus Familiarity with product management and entrepreneurship is a plus Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential applicants interested in our Long Term Mentorship Program Guide and assist potential applicants through the enrollment process Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies Provide timely and accurate information to prospective students Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors Why Join Us: Opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative startup Flexible remote work environment. 100% work from home.
