The Education Sales Consultant will drive sales of educational programs, products, and services by building strong relationships with schools, educators, and institutions. This role focuses on identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets while promoting the value of education.
Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the education sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and other educational organizations.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of educational products and services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
Client Relationship Management:
• Consult with clients to understand their educational needs and challenges.
• Provide customized solutions, including course recommendations, training programs, or educational technology.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities.
Market Research and Strategy:
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and ensure market relevance.
Administrative and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM systems.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of educational programs, services, or technologies.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities.
