Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Front Desk Staff role located in Aptech Feroz Gandhi Market Ludhiana. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for counseling including answering calls, greeting customers, and scheduling appointments. The Front Desk Staff will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining computer literacy.
Qualifications
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
• Ability to Multitask and Prioritize Tasks
• Flexibility and Adaptability to Changing Situations
• Experience in the customer service industry is a plus
• Graduation
• Freshers can also apply
