Position Title : Education Counselor (JEE/NEET)

Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Education Counselor with a background in selling K12 courses, specifically JEE/NEET preparation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, assisting walk-ins, and converting them into enrollments for JEE/NEET courses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Acquisition : Identify new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and acquire clients for JEE/NEET courses.
• Walk-In Counseling : Engage with walk-in prospects, understand their requirements, and guide them in choosing the right course for JEE/NEET preparation.
• Sales Conversion : Present course offerings, address concerns, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Product Knowledge : Provide expert counseling on JEE/NEET programs, helping students make informed decisions based on their academic needs and goals.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and improve client acquisition strategies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Business, Marketing)
• Proven experience in selling K12 courses, especially JEE/NEET prep programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the JEE/NEET exam process and syllabus is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
