• DigitalVia Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Education Counselor with a passion for digital marketing to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and enjoy guiding others towards educational and career success in the field. The Education Counselor will play a crucial role in advising prospective students and professionals about our digital marketing courses and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information and guidance to prospective students interested in enrolling in digital marketing courses .
• Counsel students on educational opportunities, program details, course content, career paths, and certifications related to digital marketing.
• Conduct informative and engaging counseling sessions via phone, email, online chat, or in-person meetings.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students promptly and professionally, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing services ( SEO, SEM , Content Creation , Website Making etc.
• Maintain detailed records of student inquiries, interactions, and enrollment status using CRM software.
• Follow up with prospective students to nurture leads and encourage enrollment in our digital marketing courses.
• Manage Workshops in Colleges, webinars, for digital marketing programs.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in education counseling or a related field, preferably in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, Website making etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
